At Empower Girls, every order is prepared with care and purpose. We work to make sure your products are carefully processed and delivered to you as smoothly as possible.

Many of our products may be made to order after you place your order. This allows us to offer a variety of designs while producing items as they are purchased.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.

Orders below $50 may have a shipping charge calculated at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and the products included in your order.

If an order contains products fulfilled by different production partners, your items may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
